Located on historic Cannery Row in a former sardine canner near Carmel and Pebble Beach, California, the Monterey Bay Aquarium has enchanted families with marine exhibits such as Mission to the Deep and The Jellies Experience since 1984. And even if you have not done The trip in person, you’ve probably seen the aquarium dressed up as the Sausalito cetacean institute in the 1986 movie Star Trek IV: The home of the trip – yes, the one with the Whales. Well, marine science and seemingly futuristic technology are crashing back around the Monterey Bay aquarium as it promotes its “Share the love” campaign with next-generation custom interactive bus shelters in two custom creative executions. One of these deployments is called Silhouette Moments. Users are asked to make a pose, to show their best dance moves or to enter their favorite yoga position before the camera makes them fall and superimpose their silhouette on a wavy school of fish.
